Modern English is a recording studio set in the Lancashire hills producing critically acclaimed, commercially released albums at prices that any unsigned artist can afford.

In the few years it has been open it has been used by Paul Heaton, I am Kloot, The Earlies, King Creosote, The Revival Hour, Emmy the Great, Kid British, Projectionists, The Heartbreaks, Simon Webbe, Blind Atlas, Sara Lowes, Cherry Ghost, Liam Frost and many more.

Rehearsal room facilities are also available.
